Throw plan kaise hoga. Stunt ppl hai kya Shivika. 😆 Fight could be planned and accidentally she falls off. Thats possible. Also promos are only indicative. Real scene may not be like this.

No he would not even throw her if stairs were there...he can never imagine to hurt her even in his dreams...if its a plan, it might not actually play out the same way and something else altogether!
