Reason for Om leaving?

So I guess this wouldn't fall under a DBO topic but what would be a possible reason for Om to leave the family?

I was thinking it has to do with Jahnvi because according to IG, Mrenal is going on vacay for quite some time. What would be a better catalyst than his parents splitting and his dad shacking up with the Botox queen?
