Yaar Annika ki jaan danger mein thi isliye Shivaye behaved like that. If tomorrow he will get to know Om aur Ru ki jaan khatre mein hai he will behave similarly.
Vase bhi TV shows ka trend hai Jo samne nahi hota Hero/heroine ussi ke liye zyaada pareshaan hote hain like today when Annika was not around he was upset for her and tomorrow as per spoiler if Om will leave house he will be upset for Om.
So there is nothing wrong in that.
