I don't understand why are we all concluding that Om would leave OM, we clearly see in the promo that he would be a cold person, which in Gul's land mean a business man so might be Shivika leave after shooting, as the news of Shivika marriage will have an adverse affect on Oberoi empire/stock prices
Nothing is very clear now n we are making too many theories
Anyhow even if Om is leaving I can bet he would leave while Shivaaaye is hospitalised as in that case Shivaaaye's injury serves no other purpose, while Shivaaaye is on hospital n everyone is worried about him, Om can make an easy escape
I am restating Shivaaaye will announce Anika as his wife in today's episode itself
