help to find ff

I have one ff on shivika but i have forgotten the name. Story was like this...

One day all shivvay staff come OM for working. When one person have crush on anika. Pinku set up them on date after convincing anika. They both go on multiple date but when that boy come anika home and came to know that she was orphan they decided to part their way. In office when that boy was speaking ill about anika he terminate from job. Later boy goes to anika house and blam her that because of her he become job less. Later anika go to Oberoi mansion to talk with shivvay...
