I haven't watched the segments because I turned on the first one and all I could see was Tia taunting Anika and I can't take it. Why is Shivaay doing this and why is Anika always the one getting hurt?

I feel it's the first part what you said.. Tia is blackmailing Shivaay.. I don't think shivaay will do that much.. But yes Tia will be trapped in her own web.. She is shown to be a bit overconfident now.. and now that she is openly challenging Shivaay... Surely She is at the edge of her fall... I never thought Tia will take such a huge step so soon.. of Showing true colours so fast.. I guess she understood that Her hypnosis ka effect has come to an end and now Bhadkana won't work... hmmm so Daksh ka track did bring some meaningful change.. let's see how shivaay tackles this.. Interesting

More than his actions it's his words that are unsettling and disturbing man. "I brought you here and i can throw you back". She isn't road trash, Shivaay. I don't care whether or not he is doing this with a plan in mind - he needs to stop hurting her with such words.
