In the beginning right before Daksh walked in Pinky was asking a worker if he put the jars in Shivaay's room and then she told him to put almonds in those jars and that she is coming in a couple seconds. Now some people think that Tia could say to Shivaay that he spent a drunk night w/ her that he forgot and we all know his memory isn't weak so...

If shivaay slept with Tia and forgot about it means he's suffering FROM TRANSIENT GLOBAL AMNESIA.Like an old dada or nana.
He's not fit to manage the Oberoi empire.

then its fine. I must have missed that episode. Thats why didnt know it. Last i remember they all get drunk when rudra mixes something in the punch for the punch and anika & shivaaye end up doing a dhating naach recorded on video.

To confuse Shivaye, they may claim she is already 2 or 3 pregnant there by matching his visit to Tia farm House or some other occasion so that Anika has some work to decode Tia's pregnancy.
