Can someone please explain the 2 year accident?

Hi everyone!

So I'm a little bit confused. In yesterday's episode, the ACP said that his sister's accident was two years ago. Up until now we were thinking it was Gayatri. So were there two accidents that happened? Was one accident two years ago and one in the past month? I'm a little confused? I must have missed the story a little bit. If the ACP's sister was in the accident, then what happened to Gayatri? And who killed her?

I would be grateful if someone can help me clarify all of this. Thank you so much!!!

What is the Gayatri angle though? wasn't the ACP looking for Gayatri's murderer and didnt' he think that someone from the Oberoi mansion did that? Are the CV's ignoring that? I'm still a little confused about that. Who did Gayatri's murder?

An employee, I think it was their accountant or someone like that who would have access to inside business details, poured kerosene on himself at their Maha Puja and burnt himself in front of the whole crowd and the Oberoi's. His wife Gayatri claimed that he was murdered by their family as a plot to shut him up because he knew of a dirty secret
She made several attempts on Shivvay's life in particular and the other brothers in general. Basically she made life very difficult for the family with non stop plotting and problems.
The last time Shivvay spoke with her she challenged him to meet her. When he went there he did not meet her and came back. The next day she was found dead and there were clues that linked Shivvay.
