see simple logic if media comes to know the bride ran away from the mandap so shares il crash and his name image reputation il at toss...to save that he arranged a girl for contract marriage and anika she pokes her nose n everything this time also she made that temporary girl run away so now sso warns her and tells her to get ready for the marriage and gives time to get ready that time even anika il try to run away but he il caught her using sahil as the weapon coz he knows no money nothing can buy anika ..her only weakness s her brother sahil...so now anika is forced to marry him ...dont no abt sso but anika il hate him too the core now

So Anika tries running away and then Shivaay goes to get her and uses her weakness (sahil) to make her agree to the wedding. He didn't go looking for the girl he was suppose to marry but he goes to find his wedding planner to marry and that too with his guards lol. I don't get why Anika would run away though?
