@ Gem12 seems a JA fan so I will give a JA example in that show once Akbar questions Jodha on a supposed illicit relationship in the promo amd she says yes I have this relationship in anger

In actual episode though Akbar doubted her he didnt all out confront her and she certainly did not agree

Another example is in a promo of ek tha raja ek thi rani promo showed Rani Ma killing Gayatri with a sword. In the episode Rani Ma threw her in a well and she got saved

So in both these cases gist is clear but content is totally different
