What an episode it was today...mind blowing... jealousy rearing its ugly head once again, hurt, helplessness, a feeling of betrayal and manipulation/double crossing one's fiance.
Shivaay was shaken to his core when he heard that an attack took place on Anika and he was not present to save her. Shivaay's senses were correct as in warning him that something was happening to her... but he disregarded it to his dismay. When he saw Anika walk in somberly.. pensive, he could not bear to see her like that... he rushed to ask her if she was fine. Anika still in shock over the incident and the cutting words she heard from his own lips. She could only look at him silently, wondering if the 'connection' she felt between them was just an imagination.
Shivaay's expression when Daksh came in and told he was her savior, knight in shining armor for Anika, was treat to see. His eyes changed in an instant and he was in disbelief. When he told Anika to check her call logs to trace the stalker, he should also take a leaf out of his advice and follow it... did he bother to check... see if he missed any calls from her... when Daksh told him that he would handle the matter and for Shivaay to focus on his sangeet.. he was ready to throw a brick at his head for sure. HE then had to grab her hand in front of Daksh..who is fuming with Jealousy... and ask her in a broken voice... trembling with fear and concern that she was alright... had to hear from her own lips that she wa fine. To slow down his racing galloping heart... and she did utter the words he so wanted to hear... she was fine. No reason for him to hold onto her any more.. she shook off his hand or did he.. it matters not... the feelings are running too deep and both are in PAIN.
It was a beautiful scene and Surbhi's emotional breakdown was bang on... how could she ever love someone who thinks so low of her? Shivika are nailing their scenes with every look, touch and feel.
A special mention when Anika wiped off her tears and squared her shoulders to face on the world bravely. 👏👏👏 This is true to her character. She is a human with normal emotions like the rest but she does not let the defeat cow her down. Like she told SSO before, one has to learn to deal with the failures and walk after the storm has passed, should not let the storm break you. Hats off to Surbhi. ⭐️
The speech by Om for his bhai was so heartfelt and made me cry... these Obros moments are icing on the cake. But for overcoming the glare from the color coordinated floral clothes... the scene and the sets..are grand. EVen Robin looked good in her red sherwani. 😉
When Shivaay saw Anika in her outfit..it was like a bride coming in front of her intended shyly and nervous. Anika twisting her hands and eyes filled with hurt that he gave her TIPS... that was a very low blow from Reiki...God she played a very smart game. She has built up the wall between Shivika very effectively and both will not believe the other.
Shivaay baby is going to get a taste of his own medicine and have his heart shatter into a million pieces.. when he sees Anika accepting Daksh's proposal. Does he throw his phone this time or shatter the glasses from a tray? What right does he have on her life and decision?
Precap was awesome and next week is going to be full of more drama with the J oozing out of SSO.
