Coming to stalker part well this is definitely Tia's plan and I think Daksh is also part of this now. Daksh saw Anika doubting him so in second attack he will pretend and save Anika from fire (TC article) to gain Anika's trust.

PS:- I thing Shivika wedding will mostly happened because of Shivay after watching today's epi .I thing there will be something really big happen with Anika and Shivay to protect her will marry Anika ( Just my prediction baki Gul ji pe depend karta hai 😆😆. )
