I agree, I didn't have a clue that both IPKKND and IB had the same production house but I noticed many similarities between the two dramas, namely the fact that Shivaay to some extent is like Arnav in that he is rich and arrogant, Arnav was going to get married to Lavanya before that ended in the same way Shivaay is getting married to Tia, Arnav loved his sister, Shivaay loves his brothers, Anika has traits of Khushi who speaks her mind, both had a hate relationship at first and thereafter they fall in love, then again Arshi had a hate marriage, and in some way Shivikas marriage is going to be accidental or based upon hate to an extent- Shivaay and Arnav both laughed after what seemed like forever through their better halves etc etc

This comparison of IPK to IB is really annoying. Like really really annoying. IPK itself was a copy of Kekta's KMH show, and was a rendition of Gul's own previous show Geet. At least Geet was kind of original in the way that the girl fell pregnant and wasn't virginal Mary, what was so original in IPK?

If you are only watching IB to nitpick and find similarities to IPK, then I'd suggest you just watch reruns of IPK itself, rather than wasting time watching IB. Just a suggestion, but it's your choice at the end of the day. 😛

Have she really gone so bankrupt in creativity department, that she really has to keep borrowing from all her old shows, and even from other ph's shows (as kindly mentioned by some member here)

Stories are never new. Only presentation and characterisation make it differe nt. Shivaay is no typical angry arrogant male lead or anika not non failing super intelligent. She is also tadibaaz like shivaay himself, makes mistakes. Infact shivaay's character only makes predicting shivika track so confusing. Itna pata hai toh ShivIka shaadi kaise hogi yeh bhi bata dijiye. One tension will be off for me. 😆

every show is copied nothing new..
still ib has a fresh concept to some extent..
and please see the context and then compare contents..
scenes maybe same but their meaning differs and well scenes are some how same only everywhere ..so yeahh no ipk or any other show was showing any new scenes ..
and comparing two shows or talking about other shows is not Allowed according to forum rules i guess.
