Ya that part of this spoiler looked fake to me and for the same reason. But let's see :)

TOI spoilers have been false in the past, or half true which I suspect in this case. Also in the offscreen segment, Shivaay got mad at Annika after she disclosed about Tia being married, he didn't call her gold-digger there, just got mad and told her to quit bringing this up again and again, and left her in the room with Om.

Gold digger part is true or not but one thing is shivaay ke khoon khandaan jaap ke waijese shivika ki normal shaddi toh ho hi nahi sakti

gusse mein jo bhi man mein aayi who bol diya,
shrewd businessman cant even understand who is the the real "universe" gold digger ..

1. Daksh is stalking her, basically he's behind all this chuss. 2. Then we have gold digger story, Yes I think Shivaay will once again insult her because the proof of picture will be deleted by Tia or Daksh. When Shivaay will be giving her names and talking badly about her --> here Annika will hear that conversation and will be hurt.
3. All about Telly chakkar article makes sense now.

Did you notice how he was snatching Shivaay's phone. To me it actually showed what was he up to?! One more thing, he was on laptop when Shivaay came to his room. Obviously, CVs can't show panic Daksh at that very moment because it is too early for that. I'm pretty sure he was watching everything through the camera fixed in doll eyes.
About school reunion dinner, he is definitely going to make some excuse (I've this very strong feeling), which will give Shivaay an excuse too.
