Ok guys, I know I am going to get a lot of Chamelis for this but I kind of felt that everyone was feeling really bad and negative and so I just wanted to express what I felt..

A few months ago , I came across a random VM on Youtube on Kaala chasma...It was an IB vm and it was hilarious!! And then I saw another one with some dialogues and a pool scene and I was like what is this and started binge watching IB and I fell in love with the show!! It had 3 amazing actors as leads showing an amazing bond with an egoistic elder brother with a firecracker of a (potential) love interest and many other things (and few other people who I will not be mentioning because that part was a bit disappointing. )

But one of the main reasons why I watched was because of the tashan involved. No story is intersting without conflicts...We are not watching a 3 hour Hum Saath Saath Hain movie and even that had some conflict in the story.

The show right now has a lot of unconnected storylines and nothing is strong enough to pull it forward!!

And even though hate marriages are so not my cup of tea, I remember the episodes when SSO used to say he hated her and still cared for her. Like when he fought her for putting Om through the whole suicide attempt! And inspite of it we had some terribly good scenes!! Which I will never even get tired of rewatching!!

So now he loves her, so he wont ever be able to remain Stone Singh Oberoi for a long time. And even if he does, Ani is no Khushi from IPK to take whatever SSO throws at her and cry in a corner!! Atleast that part I am sure of!

And honestly I love this show and will try and continue watching it because even with the upcoming story line , its still better than half of the shows shown...

Moreover, I will try and have faith in the execution of it till I actually see a scene which I cant tolerate!!

I wasn't really happy with the marriage announcement itself initially ( but I do agree that it made the Daksh scenes more tolerable) because I thought that a long time will be needed for SSO to overcome his prejudices on Khoon , Khaandaan etc (as he is always shown to be more mind and less heart and will not accept his feelings even if he liked her) and he will learn to accept Ani as she is and that wont be happening with a marriage but then Gul said the marriage was apparently always on the cards so... then it wont be some random reason that Ani just simply agrees to it!!There has to be something reaally big!!

So this is just to try, in my own way to calm down and try to stay postive and actually see what happens before we start to hate a show that is so close to our hearts!! I am sorry if I hurt anyone's sentiments, it was never my intention!!

I loved the initial part of the show so i am actually keeping postive and see their nok jok after marriage as Gul did say their lives will change after marriage i am little disappointed but that is life

I think probably forced marriage of this kind is the only way Shivaay will marry anika. Jealousy will make him sulk but that won't make him propose anika. His khoon khandaan jaap will not go even if tia or daksh are exposed because he has already seen Tej😆 and the senior chabbra. He considers them one bad apple.

If it was not for khoon khandaan there is nothing or noone that can stop shivaay from anika considering that anika also likes him eventhough yet to realise. Probably later vanvaas track me shivaay would realise other facts of life. 😕

We have seen hate marriage before and it turned out fine later

You are right my dear ...well dekha jaaye toh yeh track bhi bura nai hai but yaa I don't want to see Anika as a dukhti aata ablaze naa ri sitting in the corner and crying her heart out in fact she should behave like agar tum sher toh hum sava sher ...then the cute romantic scenes is what can satisfy me but I hope this stupid Singh Oberoi uses his brain and finds out about tia's and daksh's plan and I personally want him to expose themail then manaofy you r wife who will be angry at you for not believing her stay positive and don't stop watching the show guyz plz plz plz for our Shivika

I too loved the initial episodes a lot, they were the sort of episodes that you could watch again and again and not get tired of you know...I am a bit disappointed too but lets wait and see what happens...

I agree that Shivika Tashan is necessary. But I was counting on the fact that the "creatives" know of more intelligent ways to keep the Tashan alive than to follow silly and unbelievable tracks like a bride swap. I will be more disappointed in the creativity of this industry if Shivika's marriage happened that way.

Having said that, people get used to any change in life and will eventually learn to accept it, whether they like it or not. And even in Shivika world, things will get better even if the start is rocky. I guess a lot of us will just wait it out. 🤔

Aww, Anu, I agree with you!

There's so much scope in the show, in these tracks...let's just see how they go..

I've already written myself out about Shivaay's shades so far, I'm excited I'll have more to write about :D

And of course, Shivika tashan is something that I always look forward to.

As far as Shivaay's KK rant (khoon khaandaan) goes, well, he deconstructs his own ideologies considering Anika would be an Oberoi by marriage anyway, despite her wishes to the contrary in life.

Even in that one line, there's so much scope for conflict in that she'd refuse to accept his family name at all :D

I for one am looking forward to how their stories, and their characters will unfold

Haan..so true...Shivaay's biggest flaw is his obsession with NKK so if he loses it, his character will be totally buchered and if there is no wedding , Ani will have no reason to stay in OM and make him realise this. And SSO even with a guy proposing to the love of his life didn't feel the need to stop it completely but merely stood sadly in a corner , sulking and feeling jealous!!

So I guess this was the only way that the story could move forward...😕

The Vanwas track will come waay after this I guess...will wait and watch!
