Tej is CEO.. so everything is under his hands.. he transferred his 50 percent shares to OM.. matlab baki 50 Percent ShivRu ka.. Ager baat Tej and Shakti ki hoti tu.. yah Tej transferred his right to OM.. so that's y everyone was quite shocked.. but What Tej says is right bcz according to him he made that company and handled it.. and also 50 percent shares is his own so no one can blame him..
