I feel Daksh is none other than Tia's 'D'. It can be possible that she is in relationship with Shivaay's bachpan ka buddy! ⭐️
Maybe she has called him to make ek tere se teen nishane-
1) To keep Anika busy so that she don't come up with more ideas to parda fash her! ☺️
2) To make Shivaay realise that Anika's life partener has come.
3) If her 'D' will be in Oberoi mansion she will get to spend more time with him. 😛
With Dash's entry she can easily marry Shivaay for whichever reason she wants to!
I feel this since it's Tia only who told Shivaay about her taro card reading, Anika's lover and all.. 😕
