A possibility: After Daksh tries to get close to Anika, she might find out (or be told) that it's Shivaay and Tia's plan to set them up. This could be the reason for her anger at Shivaay! She'll be hurt because he's trying to "help" her even after she denied and the fact that he thinks she needs love and support. Shivaay may or may not be involved in this however!
This scenario kind of makes sense with the promo, so just putting it out there!
