I totally agree with your points

I feel shivaye was snooping on Tia but lets see. Mp man is so dumb bot to understand his own panic attacks when a girl is hurt. So assuming Shivaye knows his feelings and he detected something that night after talking to love angel, it is very possible that he was spying on Tia

I also think Anika was attacked but I am not able to understand by whom and who could be her mystery lover? A new character or Robin

It cant be ACP now because ACP was with Om at that moment

Coming to ACP there is only one word for him. Disgusting

He is not acting over smart now he was acting oversmart from day 1. I disliked him from day 1 but now I find him downright creepy. The way he stopped was as Om was some hard criminal and the way he got stopped Priyanka's car it was creepy

I mean it felt like police itself making life of citizens difficult,

And I think Oberoys are shareef people , such behaviour in real life would have warranted a transfer order because its true that such high profile business men have more

connections than an ACP

ACP seems after Oberoys for some personal reason

Yep someone locked her in on purpose. The door was jammed from the outside which was weird.

It makes sense Shivaay knows about that place because he was on the one that told Anika where to find Tia. The question is why was he there? If she was meeting her boyfriend why call her fiancee there? If Tia called him there and complained about Rudra he shouldn't be surprised to see them there, but he was.

I really hope he knows or at least suspects something but I don't have any expectations. If he knew why go thru all this he could just end their relationship and move on. He isn't interested in having a conversation more than two minutes long with her so I can't see him being invested enough in spying on her. Before she was an afterthought but now he uses her to keep himself away from Anika.

This is so confusing, but like you said all this can't be bloopers some of it has to be intentional 😆

May be Shivaay himself casually called Tia and told her about Annika coming to meet her and Robin must have also told her about Rudra enquiring about her whereabouts. This must have alerted her and she suspected AniRu spying on her. Shivaay tried Annika's phone and she didn't answer, so a concerned Shivaay reached the hotel as well. For Shivaay only Annika is coming to meet Tia and was surprised to see his brothers there!!

Okay If the door was locked from outside then why did ObBros break it? They could have easily unlocked it. Seems like they were in CID mode, so instead of using brain they did " DAYA DARWAZA TOD DO" act!
