And he's all protective to her.. & I feel if that spoiler about Tia shooting Annika is true.. In sure he will pop out from somewhere and take the bullet for her

If he knows that he is marrying Tia he would never cheat on her by keeping a fast for Annika. Somehow Shivvay does not strike me as that kind of a man.
But if he knows that his marriage with Tia is not going to go through then he would fast for Annika even if he never ever marries her or another woman because that makes him true to himself.
Also remember he was hesitant to give Annika a wedding date. The way he held her hand was too intimate. It was like a confidant trying to make her see what was right before her eyes. His look when he asked Tia "Are you ready?" was a very weird one. It was as though he was saying it for someone else to hear and get ready for something else. Then he gestured for her to move to a spot in front of him and took his time to slide it on only after a sideways glance in Annika's general direction.
This was played out with another partner helping him out in something - I don't know who but time will tell

He has become a very subdued SSO and a very pensive one. He is very gentle around her and has even stopped reprimanding her. He does not reply anymore to her cutting words and has this very hurt look - as though he is letting her vent and that makes him feel better about himself.

That could be one of the reasons for his behavior as well. I did see somewhere that he was on a wheelchair looking very ill .. I wonder if that was just a prank or a foreboding of the future😔
I hope this theory is not true

If Annika gets shot and he refuses to give blood to save her even though his blood group matches that will be the clue I guess

Actually. He really seems to be too happy and relaxed for a man who's supposed to be suffocating with confusion regarding his feelings. The way he was worried for Annika during KC was a little too much, the way he said, "Mom, it's important." Why? Why was it so important? I mean, she just fainted, she wasn't dying or something. Maybe his reaction was to do with the nightmare he had of Annika. And her life is in actual danger.

And then when the "You like me" confusion happened, Shivaay was way too cool at the expectation that Annika was going to propose to him. His reaction wasn't, "W*F?!" His reaction was, "Oh pls not now!". As if saying, "Annika, this isn't the right time!"
