If the thing was related to Om he wouldn't have hid it from shivaay but i think it is related to prinku

It is actually what Om wants do Vs what Om has to do.Om has set his ideals so high that even he wants to go against it ,it will be of a massive struggle for him.But then that will be Om's character growth he is definitely flawed and he will introspect and finally accept it

How do u all think ridhkara breakup will happn?she leave him after truth comes out or cause of his commitment issue?
