What did Anika see & wanted to tell Shivaay about it?

In an interview about the KC track Surbhi said that she saw something and was about to tell Billu Jee but Anika faints(when ShiTua were doing the rituals) And she forgets when wakes up but while she is drinking the juice she remembers and was about to tell Shivaay, Tia comes in. What could it be?

1- Saw painting of Gayatri's dead body in Om's room

2- Since every festival in the Oberoi Mansion brings something bad, she saw someone or may be gayatri in the house.

3- Saw Om & Priyanka sneakily going somewhere or doing something suspecious.

4- Saw Tia eating something

May be she saw soone doing something wrong but maybe she did not see their face

Maybe it's related to Tia.. I think Robin may not be her brother.. he never seemed happy about the wedding.. maybe tia is having affair with him..

According to new TOI spoiler.. Anika will get to know that Tia loves someone else... So may be.. She saw someone else breaking fast of Tia.. 😉 n she gone to tell Shivay abt it..

Arrey yaar there was a toi spoiler that Tia is having an affair...nd Anika tries telling this to Shivaay...

Par she gets proved wrong..

Maybe Anika must have spotted Tia breaking her fast wid the other guy or Tia must be sending that guy out..while he must in an romantic mood nd tries to gwt closer wid her...nd Anika gets suspicious seeing them together...
