The call was probably from Gaytri and since he was having all the calls traced he knew where she was. He didn't see her there, but his coming out there and dropping his cuff link and leaving his shoe mark, and tire tracks was enough evidence to throw suspicion on him.

I don't think his ego would have allowed him to go see Annika...I mean he is not about to apologize, since he thinks she brought Dev in to see Priyanka against his wishes.

Even in talking to his family in the morning he was adamant that she was nothing but an employee who he fired.

Anyway...tomorrow will tell about what really happened. 😆

ok possible gayatri called shivaay's phone and anika had it. she called up shivaay on landline that gayatri called. and shivaay first went to anika then to meet gayatri.
