I guess if shivika marry ru don't need to come to sgivays room.
shivay will have to take shelter in rus room as he will be repeatedly kicked out of his own room.we know how good is anikas memory she will not forget anything shivay baby ka band bajega tho he will be a refugee in his brothers room.

Rudy has problem with Tia because somewhere he knows she doesn't love shivay and he feels Tia will distance shivay with her universe thing basically he dislikes her and knows shivay has feelings for Anika not Tia and he knows shivika are great pairing strong thakaar ka...he always liked Anika because she always brought best in shivay with Anika around shivay is real and sober he sees a different shivay deep down Om Rudy knows shivay is falling for Anika and Anika is good influence to shivay and family .
Rudy thinks Tia will make shivay the baba with her spiritual thing the room thing he said was a bahana

But about vanvas not sure how things works ...
