I think Shivika marriage will happen, as if ShiTia marriage breaks then Anika's job in the OM will get over, they can not hire her for whenever the marriage happens you be the planner and CVs have to keep Anika in OM for Shivika to proceed, so the marriage will happen

Maybe Baby will do something like he did during engagement preparations, Anika didi behind the veil
