Well I read the discussion
I have not seen the episode but just after reading the stuff, I want to say something
No one is either completely right or wrong over here. But Shivaaye is talking about standing by his family and Om about standing by truth- A truth which even he is not sure of . A random girl in a CD says that she is committing suicide for Tej Shakti and Om is trusting it just because Gayatri and Ishana said so. If Tej is a liar are Ishana and Gayatri some saint?? Ishana also said against Shivaaye that he is a cheater, so would Om doubt Shivaaye if tomorrow some XYZ person?? Yes he asked to let police do its work, but isn't it the responsibility of the family to try find up the truth before police (sorry people despite being a patriotic Indian, I know that police here takes its own sweet time.
Coming to OmRu, Rudra was confident that Anika is wrong as Shivaaye had that opinion, but still he accompanied Om to get for the truth the moment he asked for. He supported Om during Rakhee clasg and was also in Om's side during the female empowerment discussion. He did not listen to Om as he knew that the statements are not his but of his bias against Tej, I don't think anyone here is siding anyone it is just they are expressing their opinion.
I feel that no one is a Lakshman here who blindly follows Ram (thank God for this scene or I was getting vibes of Shatrughan in Rudra who blindly followed Bharat), each one here has his own opinion and they stand for it but still at the end of the day they are for one another, this is the beauty of their relation
However if Anika said that Shivaaye is Ram and Rudra is Laksham, then probably later we will get a Ramayan track and Om would be a lonely Bharat.
