Rudra is sitting in through and Om comes and asks him why he has not gone for workout. Rudra says he doesn't feel like it. OM is surprised and asks him why. Rudra says cant he think of something else for a change. OM asks him what he is thinking about. Rudra tells him that he has been thinking about girls. Om says well there is nothing new in that. Rudra tells him that he is not thinking about it in that way but was reflecting on the discussion that happened yesterday , He says that there are so many issues in life that doing workout all the time just seems silly in comparison.
Shivaye enters and enquires what are the issues that he has?
Rudra says that he has no issues in his life but was thinking about the issues in girls lives, He had never given it much thought that life of a girl can be tough and full of issues. He says that as Mallika pointed out girls should be given full rights and equal status. If sons are treated like important people why cant they treat their daughters in law the same way?
Shivaye tells Rudra that every one has a point of view and there is no reason to get tensed about it.
Om says off course it is a major issue. Sons and daughters in laws are equal in a family and daughters in laws should not be taken for granted.
Shivaye says every one is getting just emotional and its no big deal. OM says that off-course it's a big deal if my mother had to compromise her career due to marriage and Mallika thinks that her in laws will destroy her career it is a big deal .
Shivaye says marriage is a deal. One partner has to look after the outside things and earn money and the other has to look after the inside. Both are equal and if both do their job well no problem will be there
Om asks him who has decided all this. What if the daughter in law wants to go outside and work? Shivaye says then they should work. If they want to work then they should be allowed.
Om says that's exactly the issue. Men don't need permission to go out and work and if daughter in law wants to work that should also be her choice not something which needs permission.
Shivaye says all right.
Om asks him so with if tomorrow tia wants to go out and work would she require your permission ? Shivaye says but Tia doesn't want to work. She wants to take care of kids and family. It's a deal asks him how he can think like that? How for him relationships can be like deals.
Shivaye says that he is being honest and practical. Most people think like this but they wont say it aloud. Lets talk of real world for a change. Most of the girls want to settle down and find themselves a rich husband . Most girls want their needs taken care of by an earning husband, How well settled is the man is the first thing that is looked at while making a match. You wont find rich girls marrying poor guys. Even parents look for rich grooms for daughters,
Om says Shivate in this world all type of people exist. Some girls take the easy route but some don't.
Shivate says he agrees but only 5% girls would be like that
Om calls Shivaye narrow minded. Shivaye says most people have this thinking and people want a comfortable life style.
Marriage says Shivaye is an arrangement of convenience and that all need to be comfortable after marriage. Women have made themselves weaker by thinking all responsibility lies with the men.
Om says its sons like you who make the daughter in law feel like second class citizen
Shivaye says he is saying the truth. Om says its your truth. You want women only to cook and take care of kids. Shivaye says if women really want to struggle why they look for rich husband. They should give add in matrimonial that they are looking for a struggling husband.

Rudra shouts ShivKara!!! Stop fighting
Shivaye and Rudra tell him to shut up but he says that they should take advise of an elder and more intelligent person. He says he means daadi
ShivKara agree to this .but Om says all women should be asked and Shivaye says he feels no injustice has been done.
They go outside to call Janhavi and meet Pinky . She asks them what they are up to They say they have come to check whether women get respect in this house . Pinky tells Rudra to touch her feet. He does and she says see I got the respect. Shivaye says they want to find out if women's dreams are respected in this house
Rudra says they have a serious issue to discuss. Tej tells them that Janvi has gone to her Mom's house. Om calls Janhavi and she says she will be back in two three days and it is nothing serious.
Sahil and Anika are having a good time and Saumya comes to meet her. Sahil he's a kid crush in Soumya. He finds her cute
Om confronts Tej and asks him to come out with the truth as his mother didn't seem ok.
Tej admits that since Mallika came to this house something has happened to the women of this house and Janhavi thinks he did not let her pursue her dreams.
Apparently Tej and Janhavi had an argument obver lost dreams and crushing of her career.Tej said that it was logical that I work and she take care of home. Shivaye agrees with TejTej says he never forced her into giving up her dreams.
Om argues with him saying that this thinking that it was only her responsibility was wrong
Om says we will discuss when Mom returns but a husband taking all the decisions is wrong
Shivaye says that he is sure what happened with Mallika did not happen with women in this house but Daadi tells him he is wrong Janhavi has faced all that . Oberoy airlines was started by both Tej and Janahvi and she was very good at it She could have achieved a lot but when Om was born she had to stay back at home because Tej expected it, She wanted to start work again after few years but Tej denied and then she stopped asking
Everyone is shocked. Daadi says there is a woman behind Tej's success but he never bothered
Daadi says we all crushed Janhavi and I should have sided with her .
Everyone becomes emotional and Shivaye says if she had dreans why didnt she fight back. Rudra says maybe no one would have heard her. Pinky says daughter in laws dreams are always crushed . Shivaye and others are shocked to hear her . Rudra asks Tej if mom was si capable why was she not made CEO. TEJ looks guilty
