Currently Om is furious with Ishana. He might think that she is faking her kidnapping.

For Shivaay, I don't know why but he was shown in b/w IshKara so he might be the peacemaker.

Anika has the slightest possibility

ShivOmRu as they do the best when together

No, the kidnappers warned her that if she will not pay the money they will kidnap her & Mona.

Since she has failed in conning Om so she'll be unable to pay that heavy amount if money.

So obviously she'll get kidnapped soon.
