I think obbros can't send Ish and her dad to jail. Because obbros don't have any proof that Ish conned them as of shown in the show till now. The only way they can be jailed is by using power the way Shivaay prolonged Anika's stay in jail. It was wrong of Ish to compare Om with Tej. Om attacked her family fine if she so badly wanted to retailate she could have said something regarding him. Whatever Om said about her upbringing was true because he said based on what he saw, father daughter duo conning people. Ish has no right to accuse Om with her half baked knowledge.
