Saw that site, it is not at all reliable, it says that Ishqbaaz revolves around Shivaaye Singh Oberoi's life and that the show stars Nakul in lead role and there are other actors in pivotal roles.

Also they didn't say that Surabhi ever confirmed of the relation, they just showed that they got a few pics from 2012, 2013 etc. The news is very unreliable, seems to be made out of one's perception (like the spoilers these days)

BTW I have another find, just Google Surabhi Chandana Boyfriend, and you will find the pic of only one guy, I guess you understand who
