The age gap between Rudr and ShivKara is quite a bit and Rudr still being in college can't be beyond 21 max. Whereas given the kind of reputation Shivaay has built in the corporate world, he has to be at least 30. I think Bhaiyyas too unconsciously are postponing their marriage because of Rudra and the other one.

They know that after marriage they will no longer be only for the bros, "There can no longer be one for all and all for one" they don't want anyone to enter their trio. For a girl to come, she must first get close to the other two and then maybe the one she is to marrry
