Hey guys.
Its something new, hope you like it.
"Jagoan... Ya na jagoan". A small boy with blue-green eyes, ruffled brown hair, his lips pursued In concentration frowned. He stared at the small sleeping form on the sofa before him and decided not to.
"Marne ka kya shaunk hai tujhe, billi ko jagaya to thu gya, mari gi tujhe" he muttered squeezing his eyes as he concentrated on the math equation in front of him, as if that would magically solve the problem.
"Kya hua" the man in front of him asked. Vivaan looked up into blue eyes and smiled at the three people in front of him. They had introduced themselves as shivaay, rudra and Omkara. They were mummas friends and he'd only met them today.
" i hate maths" he scowled at them.
" i mean maths isn't everything, aur ithne hard hai jaise jaise... Mujhe itna hard lagta hai dood peena mein". He finished off with a dejected look.
Shivaay smiled tenderly, his heart feeling as if would burst out of his chest. His son, was sitting in front of him and he didn't even know who he was.
"Itna bhi hard nahi hai"
" you sound exactly like my sister". He scoffed
"Shivika says the same thing". O rudra and Shivaay glanced at the girl sleeping. They still hadn't met her, Annika had bought them to her house and left for the temple to give them some time alone.
"What does she say" shivaay asked willing to do anything to keep Vivaan talking.
Vivaan looked ready to burst with accusations. "Ask me what she doesn't say".
"Maths is so easy and wayy better than science". He had an offended look on his face.
"What is better than science, you get to explode stuff. Boom. Boom.". He replied his face shining. "Maths is like a long strange string of noodles ". Can never untangle it".
" right, what logic you have" rudra bursted. Shivaays glare shut him right up.
"I'll help you", shivaay offered immediately.
"You cant, mom said i have to do it myself". He pressed his lips together, looking tired.
His crestfallen face suddenly shined, blue eyes sparkling.
" mum said shivi can help tho" he burst out.
"But she's sleeping", he looked again at the figure on the bed and moaned.
"My walking talking calculator is sleeping". He said with a pout on the cute face.
"Walking talking calculator". OmRuShi said simultaneously.
"Yes, there isn't a maths problem she can't solve", i mean its so unfair, we're twins right and she gets maths why don't I". Its not fair. "Meina tho itni complaint ki hai god se".
Shivaay smiled swallowing painfully at the knot that had tightened his throat. Every word uttered from Vivaans mouth had him in almost tears. He would do anything to keep him in front of him, with him. Om put a comforting hand on his shoulder. He grinned at the boy in front of him, his nephew, his shivaays son.
"So wake her up"
Vivaan widened his eyes, before groaning.
"wake her up, wake her up"! He almost screeched.
" does it look like to you guys that I'm so eager to die...well maybe after I've finished level 13 on my video game", he continued in his own world.
"Vivaan", Om said pulling him back.
"I can't wake her up"
" why". Three voices confused asked.
"Because i don't want to die". He said as if stating a fact.
" die". They said shocked.
" if i wake her up, she's gonna murder me, and you'll never find my body". He nodded at them putting a finger to his mouth.
"She's not gonna kill you". Om said shaking his head.
Vivaan scoffed.
" don't go on her innocent face and eyes, she'll skin me alive"
" gussa tho iska naak pe chara rehtha hai", bas patna ki der hai". And i am not gonna burst that bubble. He said shaking his head.
" come on, she cant be that bad". Shivaay said.
" bhai". Rudra whispered.
" aapki beti hai, she can be that bad". Shivaay just shook his head.
" I'm not going overboard, she has a temper a very bad temper, isse behtar hai ki mein mumma ka gussa he sehenlu, sherni ko jaagaana sey tho behtar hai".
" I'll help na". Shivaay offered again.
" I'm good at maths".
" mumma na kaha tha sirf shivi, and the only reason she said it was she knew I wouldn't waker her up, if i take your help I'll feel guilty for not listening to mumma".
Shivaay watched as he stared at the equation again, shook his head, looked again and rolled his eyes. " that's it's, im gonna wake her up".
Shivaay stared in anticipation, he'll finally get to meet her. His daughter. His heart started at a gallop and then stopped.
" shivi".
"Shivi". Vivaan shaked the sleeping figure tentatively. Shivika mumbled, turning so that the blanket fell off.
Rudra gasped. " bhai, yeh tho mujhe se bhi zaada cute hai". Om lightly slapped him. Rudra looked at him offended.
Shivaay stared at the cute perfect oval face and bow shaped lips.
" shivi, im gonna die"
" what" shivi muttered, eye lashes fluttering to reveal sleepy, droopy blue eyes.
" yes", Vivaan nodded vehemently.
" by mom". He finished.
shivi glared at him hard, before pinching his arm. " i know by mom, that much is pretty obvious.
" why abh kya kiya apne".
"Meina kya kiya, you're the one that gets in trouble, you-" Vivaan started indignant.
" bhai, shivika said patiently" I'm tired, and if u don't tell me whats wrong, im gonna hit you really hard and then turn around and go asleep".
" so you better speak and now" she said head drooping to one side sleepily.
"Okay".
"Okay". Its a maths problem".
Whats 7765 divided by this number, he said showing her the sheet.
He looked at her. She muttered multiplications under her breath, frowning.
"342.6 she muttered at last.
" i love you" he said as the last question was done.
He felt pain explode in his foot and winced. The little devil had stomped on his foot.
" that's for waking me up". She glared.
" wake me up again and I'll tell mum about the stink bomb you threw at the evil ladies garden, she said turning over.
" no you won't".he said
"Receiving no answer he looked over to find her sound asleep, looking innocent once more. " little devil" Vivaan said".
Shivaay, rudra and Om stared at each other.
