Shivaay! Because just like Dadi said that Shivaay loves his brothers and Dadi so much, just think how deep his love for a girl would be.
Omkara has the intensity for sure but when I imagine him, I see the perfect husband material for Ishana, he's so can and composed.

But Shivaay!! His hatred has so much intensity just imagine what his love would be like. He will be possessive towards Anika a little bit more than he's for his brothers.

I think each character will be passionate in their own way of showing love... Love has many different shades and it can be shown in many ways

Shivaay might be the possessive one

Omkara might be the protective one

Rudra might be the romantic one
