An Ode to Om's Deewanis

Hello forumwasis!

I was reading an amusing thread pairing Omkara with Svetlana, and having read a beautiful OS earlier on similar lines, I reckoned that his Deewanis also deserve some appreciation. After all, if the object of their affection has an AT, why should his devoted, rocking deewanis be left behind?

So, here goes ...

Zulfein kya leherayi usne,

Intense stare kya diya usne,

Stillness ka aura kya cast kiya usne,

Haathon ki hunar se putlon ko jaan kya diya usne,

Halki si muskurahat kya chhalkayi usne,

Bas

Palkein bichha kar Omkara ki geheraiyon mein doob gayi anginath deewaniyan uski

Kalpanaon ke saagar mein uncaringly beheti gayi anginath deewaniyan uski

Rang birange sapnon ki tasveer banati gayi anginath deewaniyan uski

Ish bhi na kiya, svet bhi na kiya, Riddhi Siddhi ko yaad bhi na kiya

Bas Omkara ka chant karti gayi anginath deewaniyan uski

I can already hear the shouts of Om's brother's innovative profanities 😆

Louboutin ho, ya San Marzano tomatoes ho, toh feel free to chuck ... Otherwise, please maaf karo with an eye roll and a groan of "Oh my maata" 😆
