but...I didn't actually understand the thing...the bullet was shot closer to rudra, so when omkara pulled back shivaaye, he should also have pulled back rudra...what was he doing??😕😕

During car blast and poison attack Shivaay was the target so Om might have thought the third attack was for him as well.
Plus Shivaay has already reached the hospital due to the poison attack, Omkara had accidentally tried to commit suicide, they didn't want to make Rudra feel left out
