"Please bhaiya usseh bacha lo! Kuch toh karo! Doctors se kuch toh bolo" she cried out in front of his brother. St didn't bothered of getting weaker in front of them. It was all her fault, if st hadn't conned him, in fact if she had said the truth to him, nothing like this would have happened. Yes, she was forced to con him but at a stage she realised that she has fallen in love with him till the deep root of her heart. If she had to broke his heart by going away, taking the money her heart will be shattered into pieces.
"Sacha pyaar ki tha tumse par jan Lena chaiye tha ki Tum bhi vesi hi ladki jo jisko sabse zyada Paise se pyaar ho!"
"Meine bhi kitna bewakoof hun jo tumhare natak ko pyaar samaj baitha"
"Tum mujhe todna cha thi na, Congratulations Ishana Shah you successfully broke me and that too in pieces"
"Ishana calm down! Kuch nahi hoga usseh! Woh thike ho jayega" he said in a calm breathe and all knew he was battling inside for some breathe. He can't afford to lose his brother at any cost.
"Bhaiya yeh sab meri wajah se ho raha hain! Sab meri galti hain!" She cried and enveloped herself in a corner drowning. She covered her hands around her knees and brought his closer towards her chest and cried.
"You wanted to make me fall in love with you! Congrats you successfully made me fall and that fall was really hard!"
"Dil ka rishta joda tha tumse par tumne bhi wahi kiya, tod diya rishta ko!"
"Tumhe pata hain mere baap meine aur tumhe ek deed same kiya hain, mujhe todna"
"I hate myself for falling for you!"
She cried hard as the words shouted inside her mind. She knew she did wrong And she just wanted a chance to explain to him her side story. And after hearing that if he wanted to leave her then she will happily do that.
"Ishana, Omkara ko hosh aagaya hain" Anika patted he shoulder and she shot her heads towards her new-found sister.
"Kesa hain? Meine mil sakti hun?" She questioned
"Tumhe milna hain toh milo" Anika said and helped her to stand up
"The accident was kinda severe but the operation was successful, but his injuries still need time to recover, you guys can meet him one by one!" The doctor said to Shivaay and Rudra who were happy listening that there brother was fine.
"Bhaiya meine jau!" Rudra whined
"Nahi meine ja raha haun" Shivay said in a final tone
"Bhai please" Rudra said in his most innocent way
"Ishana jaayegi!" Anika interrupted shivay before he could speak anything.
"Fine" Rudra huffed and Shivay nodded
She smiled weakily at them and walked towards door of the operation theatre.
"Agar Tum yeh jane ke liye aayi ho ki meine zinda hun ki mar gaya toh a sad news I am unfortunately alive" Omkara said in a venom dropping tone while Ishana flinched hearing it. She didn't stop her steps and stood beside his bed and Sat down near the stool which near the bed. She scanned her eyes through his body. Her heart clenched seeing his left arm wrapped in a white bandage, his head too wrapped in a white bandage and his hair flyin off his shoulder.
"Ayi kyun ho?" He asked in anger
"Tumhe dekhne" she said wipping a year of her face
"Ha. Aur yeh asun isiliye ki meine zinda hun mara nahi?" He asked sarcastically
"Jitna jaldi mere nazron ke samne se dur jaogi utna tumha re liye acha hoga!" He said in a deadly calm tone
"Ek baar meri baat toh Sun lo"
He didn't pay any heed to her voice and rang the ball which was near his bed to call on the nurse.
"Om please, meine jo kuch kia apne liye nahi kiya! Pyaar karti hun tumse"
"Woh word apne muh se na nikalo toh hi acha hoga" he warned
"Yes?" the nurse asked entering the room
"Could you just call my brother?" Omkara asked the nurse in a polite manner
"Umm.. sir only a person allowed at a time" the nurse said nervously
"Then tell her to move out and call my brother in" he said as a matter of factly
"Om meri baat toh suno" Ishana said but was soon cut off
"Nurse aske her to get out!" The nurse looked at her while her eyes were fixed on him, the watery layer occurs in her eyes and she blinked to clear the blue image out but her fortune it rolled down her cheeks. He surely was hurt, his heart was broken. He didn't expect her to turn as those people who are behind for money. He loved her with all his heart. He didn't expected her to love him just for the money, and the funny part was that the money was not his.
She walked towards the door but soon Shivay entered and looked at them in confusion. He really didn't know what happened between them. But he knew that something major had happened which has strained there relationship.
"Aage iska chera mujhe mat dikhana" omkar answered his brother's confusion and Ishana closed the door not wanting to hear the further conversation and her heart brokne into further pieces. She now knew she did not have any place in Omkar's heart nor his life.
