My prediction for current situation!!!!

Anika-shivay= marriage because again the sadu will misunderstand Anika .
As spoiler indicates rudra is going to be attached by someone .
Seeing this shivay as usual will come to a conclusion that Anika has hand .
As usual celebration for big fat wedding will go down on but on wedding day shivay will marry Anika with Tia around he might drag Anika into the mantap and fakes that he is in love with her .
But later Anika will know after marriage till then she will be in bay of what happening around .
Shivay won't waste time and give a chance to Anika because he knows given a gap she can turn the plate knowing that she fights back by marrying her he thinks he can keep his enemy close to him guarding his family .later when sahil enters his life shivay might fix the pieces and true love will conquer.
About Tia will they show her fishy side only gul knows

Om - ishana == she might create a situation for Om that he believes her not sure we're this story leads but Om will go deep in pain forsure but ishana might betray him at first but later she might heal him slowly .
Soumya- rudra- new girl == triangle love story for sure but rudra might not love soumya at the beginning but things might change were he realizes what his true love is but whenever rudra is in pain soumya will reach out to him as angel .
