Is Rudra ill?

Hi guys,have just started watchig this show,watching episodes in which Shivaye gets poisoned but all the way long i have noticed Rudra's reactions are different he either gets stuck or just break down in pain and both the brothers are a little more carefull abt him why is it so ?
