Dadi: She is a woman both in euphoria at her grandsons and melancholy for her sons and daughter. Yet, that old woman doesn't suffer or acclaim any kind of self imposed or external delusion. She knows the bad and the good. She is not blind to her sons and her daughter either.

Pinky: Definite no. She is neither melancholic nor delusional rather opportunustic.
Anika: She may be many things; but delusional she is not. She is a practical woman full of self-dignity which withers at the first contact with delusion.
Ishaana: No! She is a victim of circumstances that force her to be a con-artist. But delusional is a woord that doesn't fit with her. Rather she is practical and logical and in reality a predator due to reasons

The reason is obvious. She remains in a constant state of drunkenness, which lends her an escape from her harsh reality. It grants her the euphoria of being high on life but the melancholy when she comes out of the haze never really dies down. She is a failure of a wife, a mother, a daughter-in-law and even a Jethani in many ways (not that she is still the one character that is remarkably the only good and understanding one for the OhBros).
About the second line - mythical delusion
The thing that always hurt and pissed me off at major myths is the concept of polygamy for the hero. This very thing reflects in the quote. Jhanvi too suffers from what the numerous women of the hero do ---- slaving under the tag, hurting badly at her husband choosing another and yet smiling and greeting the world with a happy mask.
She deludes herself with false thoughts and with drink, while she deludes the world with her facades.
She is a remarkable woman.
