Part 2
A new dawn came and brought with it a lot of confusion and restlessness for shivaay and anika... they were in delima, a huge delima, none of them could decide that what actually had changed in just one night, no actually one day and two nights...but still being the kind of person they were they were adamant to ingore these emotion completely and were sure to not to think about it all over again
Next Morning He descended the stairs ready to leave for office but met priyanka on his way who asked him to drop her college as her car got punctured and she can't just wait for driver to get other car because she will miss her lecture...he agreed and they left for her college
'God, I didn't had anything in breakfast' she mumbled rubbing her hand on her stomach making shivaay turn to her with a unbelievable look 'why?' He asked straightaway and she just passed him a nervous smile stating she was in a hurry and he shook his head not at all buying her excuse 'you are very careless' he blamed and she pouted 'bhaiya, I will have something from canteen' 'wow great now you will have breakfast from that not so healthy canteen of yours' 'oh no bhaiya, the food in our canteen is quite healthy, don't underestimate anika and her sincerity towards her work' 'anika?' 'Of course anika...she personally look after everything which is prepared in our canteen so I am all cool to have anything from there'
And here you go, once again anika, he cursed himself for even scolding her for not having breakfast because she still seems fit and fine but his hard work of deciding to not to think about that batameez larki after a sleepless night vanished as once again her thoughts clouded his mind
He shook his head to throw them out of his mind but the damage was done, now once again he will have to convince himself that anika is nothing but a chalti phirti problems ka pitara
'Bhaiya where are you lost? We reached' priyanka called out for him patting his shoulder 'ohh yeah, here you go' he stopped the car and she literally ran inside to attend her lecture, he too started the car to leave when from nowhere anika came in front of his car, he frowned 'Mr.Oberoi...one minute please' she mouthed and he nodded, coming out 'yes'
'Actually Mr.Oberoi yesterday you and your brothers helped sahil a lot and so he prepared this thank you card for you and your brothers earlier this morning' she said forwarding him a hand made card, he took and opened it, it was a cute card, a big thank you written in the middle with different colours, a smile formed on his lips 'tell him thank you for this' he said turning his attention back to her still smiling and she too smiled finding him smiling whole heartedly, a rare sigh it was she thought
'I Will, and I am really sorry to stop you like this, actually he wanted me to give this to you personally by visiting at your home but because I found you here I thought to give it you now itself' she reasoned 'you still can visit' he said a little lost 'what?' 'Umm I mean if you want you can come and give it personally to om and rudra' he said covering up
'Oh no it will take a lot of my time...thank you for taking it now only, I will go now...bye' 'bye' she turned and went inside the college while shivaay starred at her retreating figure 'she isn't that much batameez I thought she is' he mumbled to himself and after a few moments left for office
Anika served the students who ordered breakfast and sat on one of the chair with her hands cupping her cheeks, she was lost, totally lost with her thoughts filled with one and only Shivaay Singh Oberoi the same guy with whom she use to fight whenever she got a chance until a day ago but now she can't understand that what just happened, she couldn't believe that for the first time they had one normal conversation between them, although she liked it but she was highly surprised and even though she ignored to voice it out she wished to have more such conversation with him
Priyanka shook her hard 'anika' and called her out making her jump on her seat 'God priyanka you scared me' she said placing her hand on her chest 'sorry, I tried calling you a lot but you seemed quite lost' 'that's okay...wanna eat something?' 'Yes please I am starving' 'you sit I will be back...' and as she said she was back after some minutes with breakfast for priyanka
As she ate they chat about everything just the way they do everyday, she even told her about sahil's thank you card and that she gave it to shivaay when he came to drop her and later priyanka excused herself as it was time for her lecture
At evening
Anika roamed around the kitchen finding all the ingredients needed for Palak Paneer, she was in Oberoi Mansion, on dadi's request who wished to eat Palik Paneer made just by her
She remembered how priyanka came to her before leaving informing about dadi's wish and that rudra is going to pick sahil from her house because he is missing him, she sighed 'anika you are too much, you should had denied but nahi yhan ana zarori tha, phel gaya na raita, agar wo abhi ghar agaye to?' She mumbled as she covered all her hairs in a messy bun and started her work worried to face the only person who haven't left her mind even for a nano second
While outside where rudra was busy with sahil who was enjoying his company to the fullest, om dadi and priyanka waited for their prey... it was all well planned, when priyanka informed about shivaay and anika's meeting in the morning, the devil in them couldn't help but come up with some evil plan because they knew that anika is the one for shivaay
'Dadi he is back...' om announced 'finally...chalo bacho ab kuch masti karte hain' she said getting up leaving for the nearee room and others too followed her 'sahil you sit here and complete this game, I will be back' rudra excused him and joined others 'so what's the status?' He asked and om with a nonsense look replied 'null' 'but you said that bhaiyaa is back' 'that's what I was informed from my sources' 'means still no improvement ' he sighed 'let's just hope that bhaiya return before anika leave...dadi we won't get such chances more' priyanka said faking a cry 'priyu, stop behaving like rudra' om scolded her and she stopped mumbling a sorry turning her attention back outside while rudra pouted on his comment only to be ignored by all
'Agaya billu' dadi informed with a wide smile and four of them waited for the show to begin, because where om was sure about shivaay's feelings for anika, other wanted confirmation
Shivaay a little tired reached home and decided to have some rest but froze on his way, again her...this time he saw her in the kitchen, she with a worried expression stood by the stove with one of her finger in between her teeths, worrying about something a smile broke on his lips finding her action extremely cute, he couldn't help but stare at her, his eyes following each and every action of her's with a smile playing on his lips all the while and for a moment he thought that he can stare at her all his life only if she wouldn't had looked up directly into his eyes because when their eyes met, everything else was long forgotten
