Ive watched only 2 of her shows before and i can deffo see the striking similarity-the chopper, the car scene yesterday

The love hate relationship, the rich boy poor girl cliche, arrogant ML and strong yet crazy FL,all these are overused concepts..

But still, i choose to watch this coz of the bromance

Loving om's and rudra's mysterious characterisation so far...idk for sure abt shivaay coz i have seen so many angry young men before...

So yeah, like you said its old wine, and i can see a drop of kdrama cliche in this show

Also it's by default that the hero must be a rich guy and the heroine is someone struggling most of the times...

That is why I am more interested in Omkara's story than shivaay or rudra...

But no I'm not complaining coz I will any day take a story between two HUMANS😆 rather than the other shit going on in TV...

I think one reason we are watching this show is because sometimes it's okay to like clich stuff.

AnShi story is the beaten to death variety and yet here I am laughing at Anika's antics and rolling my eyes at Shivay trying to coiff his hair (seriously dude your hair is in place, just leave it alone already!). Well I guess I am a sicker for such couple visualisation ( visualisation because I don't usually read sappy romances.

Another reason for me is all the subplots that play peek a boo here and there.

Jhanvi, Tej and Svetlana, Shakthi's words only conscious , Priyanka's almost paralysing anxiety ( I am a doctor so she interests me a lot ) and of course dear shadowy Ashow.

I watched Geet for Maneet, started this journey with LNMDJ (PriDa merit jaan ), lost interest by the time IPKKND and QH, watched IPKKND2 for the supporting characters and then all together stayed away from Indian shows (Because man what can one do when Khaleesi files in with her Dragons or Phil Coulson is back from dead and S.H.I.E.L.D has awesome badass women agents )

Anyways here I am once again watching a 4 lions show, waiting for CV's to decode Omkara and meanwhile enjoying AnShi.

Maybe I will dust up my writing skills once again and see if I have any left.

hey GK also tried to go out of her box and tried to follow EK and RS by showing Naagin and Dayan's..but that didn't worked much..though her Naagin series doing good now in Zee Anmol but still original airing pe it didn't worked..and her new show the remake of The Heirs..Karan Wahi wala show..channel ne 1 month me bandh kar diya...so she is again back to her normal formula 😆
