She is definitely faking it after her sharing and caring act today it was really gross which child would come up with that kind of bullshit. Writers have really stooped to the lowest of low with ruku and her cheapness acts.

Writer Saab you have ruined the purity of zabeers relationship by forcibly adding ruku between them but not willing to kick her out of their lives for good and now you are killing the innocence of kids with ruku child like mind but adult thoughts and demands.
