Second talak seems to be likely to happen

After seeing the last 2 episodes I feel that Elina trying to become like Zara has a bigger purpose in the story line. With Zara giving an hour to Elina everyday, it feels like she will get targeted because if Miraj's and Nilofer's planning and die . If that happens then guys the blame will come on Zara as she was trying Elian to become like her and this might trigger the second Talak.thougts?
