OKay before tonight's episode airs, i thought this post was necessary.
Zinnah or sex out of marriage is Haram in islam .
Modern society treats sex with any person except your partner as cheating, but its important to realize that Islam has a much bigger punishment for sex out side of marriage or before marriage. Today's culture is very open about physical relationships, but Islam has no leverage for any physical relation or contact before marriage .. anybody who does that is committing a sin.
According to the segments we see kabeer devastated and broken, because before cheating on his wife, this is a heinous crime. We know how he measures everything according to gunnah and sawab .. this show is not just about personal and cultural values, its about religious values, so the accusation on Kabeer is NOT of cheating on his wife .. his accusation is of GUNNAH.
Every single show has treated this track as cheating on one's partner .. but here the accusation is the one whose punishment in Islam is death.
Committing adultery by a married man/woman is supposed to be punished by death.
SO knowing the kind of religious person Kabeer is, Ruksaar has actually accused him of something which should be punished by death in Islam. She has actually risked Kabeer's life.
There is no forgiveness for stepping out of the sanctity of nikkah in Islam and maintaining a physical relationship with some one else. Also, Islam has NEVER proposed marriage as a solution to zinna (Sex out of marriage) .. the simple penalty is death to a married person, and 100 lashes for an unmarried person.
So it needs to be kept in mind that this is not a regular vamp trying to trap hero track, a devout muslim understands how harsh is the punishment. It is not a crime which can be reversed in islam, marriage is NOT the penalty for this, thus the kind of extreme reactions that Kabeer may undergo will be completely normal. The self loathe and doubt (if he shows) has to go in sync because this is an unpardonable sin.
This doesnt account for cheating, because Kabeer knows he didnt do anything consciously, that he is sure of, so cheating is out of the book .. but he MIGHT have done something unconsciously so that only leaves him with the guilt of a sin ..
I dont know how this will be handled in the show, i dont know if i made any sense or not.. its just sex is very normal in today's society, and if done out of marriage all that its considered is cheating .. no one even mentions religion in it, its just viewed with a sociological persecutive, but there is a religious perspective to this too .. its not just cheating with ur partner .. its cheating God too .. and its irreversible.
