I think im right but if not someone please correct me

In Islam actual divorce happens after talaq has been uttered 3 times at 3 different times. In islam it isnt supposed to be uttered all at the same time- hence zaras condition in the nikkah nama.

This allows the couple to sort out their differences because once divorce has happened it is extremely hard to reverse. The man and women cannot automatically say "oh the sorry didn't mean to kick you out of my life, let's gets married again"

If they do want to get married again the women will have to marry another man and get a divorce and then she can remarry the first one I can't remember the exact name for this nikkah. But then there are months of iddat that need to be observed as well. Anyway it'

A long process I think.

I'm pretty sure this rule is so that people realise the consequences of divorce given in anger, marriage isn't a joke, you can't play around with your wife or husband's life.

Back to zara and kabeer. The clause in the nikkah nama stops kabeer from giving instant divorce (all 3 at the same time) however I don't think it stops them from divorcing, he could give the first one but it doesn't mean they no longer have a relationship.

The clause doesn't stop them from ever getting a divorce it just give them 3 chances to fix their marriage.

That's why I think anyway.. If anyone is more educated in these matters or if I've made a mistake in open to corrections
