I think with his char they can bring up the terrorism problem in kashmir and misguided local involvement and how muslims with diff religious views in power circles see it but then i dont think they would like to ruffle feathers so this guy might just be involved in kidnapping Zara ...i really dont see a larger scope for the role in this falling for zara way doesnt make much sense for now!

It doesnt make sense to me either but I guess it's true he'll fall for as all articles are saying so. Though it'll obviously be lust he feels for her not 'love'.

That's a great point! And I also think the terrorism problem in Kashmir is way too sensitive a problem, I mean they might touch a little on it maybe but I don't see them delving too much in it. This show used to recieve a lot of flack before it'd even started and even now there are some against, so don't think makers will take a risk here.

Actually his case his little complicated. I am not defending him but his case is more about cheating & fraud cause when he was with his gf, it will be more of consensual sex. & him promising to marry her and later not refusing to marry makes him cheater & fraud. But i guess Indian law allows "rape case" under such situation. Anyway, they shouldnt bail someone who is proven felon.

That was my first thought too. He's an established actor hence his role might not be as short as we hope :(

First of all the makers have chose a wrong person as reading all the post just found out piyush was accussed in a rape case. 🤢

About siraj's character i hope it don't last long it shiuld end in kashmir plus i thought this fake profile track wont last long...yes you could be right siraj will fall for ruksar as she is chatting to him only. But siraj will create MU hope kabir will not believe it .

This is what Piyush said about his role in ISA:

Talking about his character, Piyush said, "I am enjoying the entire experience of being back on the shoot; the adrenalin rush that comes with it is incomparable! Siraj's character is not only dark and complex but also has a mysterious side to his personality. While on a secret mission, Siraj crosses paths with Zara and instantly falls in love with her.
