I think all those phone calls made by Deep were pre-planned by him. Especially the one when she comes ready downstairs to go to hospital. He must have ensured that Aarohi hears him & follows his moves.
Even in hospital he was observing her & suddenly phone call came. Remember he even asked Aarohi what she will do if Bhabhi & Nikku are alive. Will she want him to kill them?
