The waves crashed against the shore. After the heavy rain fall days back, it was a cloudy weather, with cold winds. There were no one, except them. Both were sitting, leaning against the rock, quietly.

The sweet memories of him and Siya playing with sand here, and the sour one, when he was sitting here alone, and got the worst news of his life.
Riddhima, on the other hand was too, thinking about her life.

"Huh?" She asked, in a low voice, scrunching her brows.
"If you're my sister's such a close friend, am I still your boss? I can be your friend as well."
Shock would be an underestimate. What the hell did Kabir threw into her ears? He's a cold blooded murderer, a heartless person, someone who won't think twice before taking a soul- He's nothing like that.
The sky was turning black, making the sea's waves violent.
"A storm is about to start."
He said, getting up.
Riddhima was about to stand up when her feet felt a sharp pain. She was about to slip, but two strong arms held her.
Making her stand properly, he sat down, examining her feet. A sharp rock or something on the sand had left a scratch on her.
Holding her foot, he gently blew on the scratched area.
No words, no nothing.
Just care.
Riddhima could do nothing but look at him with utmost affection. Reality hit her, Kabir's face floated in front of her eyes, yet she felt nothing wrong.
"Thank you Mr Rai- Vansh.."
His heart fluttered hearing it. In a white anarkali and sea behind her, Riddhima looked like an angel. How could that Kabir even think of using her as a pawn in their dangerous game?
"Let's go?"
She asked breaking his thoughts. Nodding his head, Vansh walked towards his car, with Riddhima following beside.
