Chapter 4- Declaration of love.

Vansh was pacing around in his room, stepping over glass, he didn't care. He was in pain, how can he make her understand that he loves her, yes he is in with love with her, but he cannot change who is. His phone rang, it was Riddhima.

V- Riddhima? Is everything alright?

S- Aww, missing her, i will send you something. Riddhima was tied to a chair, bleeding from her mouth.

You see mr. Assassin, i have your weakness in my hands, now i can do whatever I want. She is so beautiful.

V- If you touch her i will kill you😡😡😡

S- Well then, if you want her alive then you will have to bring all the evidence you have against me. The evidence in exchange for her.

Sanskar cut the call, he saw Riddhima glaring at her, and chuckled she is a feisty little thing, this girl

R- How could you do this?

S- Not everyone is like you dear, high and mighty, everyone has there dark secrets, even you don't you.

R- What are talking about?

S- Riddhima you are deluding yourself, you are in with the Assassin. That is the reason you felt bad that he killed people.

Riddhima couldn't believe, was she in love with Vansh, truthfully Kabir's cheating hurt her less than the truth of Vansh being an Assassin. Sanskar had also messaged Kabir, he had helped him many times, and now he can finally put the Assassin behind the bars.

Vansh came into the abandoned building, he knew it was foolish to come without back up but he didn't want to put Riddhima's life at risk. Sanskar was in the middle of the building, his hand around Riddhima's neck and pointing a gun towards him.

S- Toss that file here.

V- Riddhima are you alright? Riddhima nods.

S- Aww, lovebirds. He moves towards where the file was thrown, with gun still pointed towards Riddhima. You can go now.

S- I hope you can take care of this Inspector Kabir.

K- of course, you are under arrest. Mr Sanskar.

S- What!!!, you are double crossing me.

K- Catching you and this Assassin will be the best day of my life.

V- Do you trust me Riddhima?

R- Nods. Then Vansh asks her to run, a bullet ripped through Sanskar's head. Vansh ran to take cover and Kabir fired at Vansh, one or two bullet hit Vansh, but his mentor took care of Kabir.

Riddhima was running away, when she collided with someone, she shouted seeing a men he shushed her

M- I am not here to harm you dear. I am with Vansh.

V- Riddhima!!!

R- Vansh are you alright, oh god you are hit.

M- We should take him back to the house.

Riddhima and Vansh went back to his house, Riddhima helped him to lie gently on the bed. The bullet was in his arm and leg. She knew it will incredibly painful to remove it without sedation.

Vansh's screams will forever haunt her, the bullets were removed and nothing major was hit. He was resting on his bed. She sat beside him. He opened his eyes,

R- I am so sorry it all happened because of me.

V- Don't ever be sorry Riddhima, i wanted to protect you.

Riddhima leans down and gives him a small kiss. Vansh groans when she stops and she teases him,

R- You have to get alright first, then we can do this.

V- Stay with me, please.

R- Always.

The next day the incident was in news, Kabir a respected police officer killed in a operation, he had going on doctor Sanskar. Vansh was sitting with Riddhima, brushing his hands on her hair.

V- I hope you are not sad about Kabir dying.

R- He can rot in hell for all i care, he hurt me, cheated on me. 😡😡

V- My my, you look so sexy when you are angry.

R(blushed )- Vansh!!!

Riddhima and Vansh knew life won't be easy for them. But their love for each other will always motivate them to fight more for their relationship.

Ps- Next chapter will be the Epilogue, hope you guys liked this chapter.

Chapter 5- Epilogue

The hospital owned by Sanskar was throughly investigated, all his illegal operations were shut down. The doctors were investigated as well and they couldn't find anything in Riddhima's record to prove that she was involved in any illegal activity.

The following days Riddhima stayed with Vansh making sure he was alright and not getting up and running around. His mentor was having a field day, enjoying whenever Riddhima scolded him.

M- I didn't know, you can be scared of anyone.

V- Haha very funny, when she will shout on you.

There were times they would shout and fight with each other, knowing that it comes from a place of love, being afraid that others might harm the person you love. There were times when Vansh thought, she might actually be better off without him, but the obsessed and possessive part oh him won't let her go away.

Riddhima for most part would love in the other direction, it's not that he kills innocent people, but still she is scared. The first time she was that scared was when, Vansh had came to the hospital, badly beaten and was hiding in her cabin.

She had tended to him, but she didn't speak to him for two days, it took a lot of coaxing from Vansh, and she forced him to make a promise of always being careful, no matter what.

Vansh was slightly wincing when he got back home, if she saw him like that then she won't talk to him again, he saw sitting on the bed with a fully loaded gun in her hand.

V- Uh, Riddhima are you alright? What are you doing with it.

R- How did feel to kill for the first time.

V- Riddhima what happened? He takes away the gun.

Riddhima told how she felt disgusted and angry today that she had to operate on a wife beater, and the only reason he beat his wife was because she can't have children. She told how for the first time in her life she wanted to kill someone.

V- Do you want me to care of him.

R- No, i am fine now. By the way you are sleeping on the sofa now.

V- What?Why?

R- Not only are you hurt again, you wounds are getting blood on the bed.

She tends to his wounds, and he sleeps on the sofa, he hears Riddhima tossing and turning, he chuckles and goes back to bed and hugs her from behind and they sleep peacefully.

They might not be the traditional lovey dovey couple, but their love for each other was true, they accepted each other with their flaws, their secrets and their darkness. People might not understand how Riddhima can love Vansh, but love is a feeling, something to feel not to understand.
