My take on when Riddhima gets the surprise Vansh had pre planned for her birthday. Over here,Riddhima is innocent but has brought Vihaan inside VR mansion.

She takes the letter and inhales the scent that lingered on the piece of paper. It might be a piece of paper for others,but for her,it was her life,her reason to breathe.
Tears fell from her eyes as she read the contents of the letter and grazed her soft palms on her husband's handwriting,which was so beautiful and exuded a different level of aura.
The pain she hid inside her heart,multiplied into ten folds as she read about the plans he made for celebrating her birthday. Then,she saw the gift he kept for her in a beautiful red coloured gift box.
She clutched the letter tightly,near to her heart and cried her heart out,which turned into muffled sobs,as the night deepened.
"Please wapas aajao na,Vansh.. Bohut kuch batana hai tumhe. Tumhare bina kuch bhi accha nahi lagta.. Tum nahi toh main bhi nahi..." She murmured,as she fell asleep on the sofa,tears piling up in the corner of her doe shaped eyes.
Hiding behind the curtains,was Vansh,in the garb of Vihaan, who saw his wife,who was in immense pain,because of him. His eyes teared up seeing his love,who has turned into a living corpse. He slowly tiptoed and bent down to her level,carresing her face ever so softly,not waking her up.
"Tumhara Vansh aaraha hai,Riddhima.."
"Jo tum na ho.. rahenge hum nahin
Jo tum na ho.. rahenge hum nahin
Na chahiye kuch tum se zyada tum se kam nahi.."
